DOMCUT is an internet portal located at www.DOMCUT.com; This document, together with DOMCUT's Terms of Use, is a legal framework for the use of DOMCUT’s service. §1.

All personal data processed through DOMCUT are processed with the consent of the data subject.

§2.

Each person agrees to the processing of his personal data by marking the appropriate window/gap at DOMCUT website during the registration of the account.

§3.

Entities authorized to set up an account at DOMCUT are:

  1. individuals with full legal capacity,

  2. legal entities,

  3. unincorporated entities.

§4.

The personal data controller processes personal data for following purposes:

A) providing proper services through DOMCUT website,

B) sending electronic advertising materials to persons whose personal data are processed, provided they have expressly agreed to this.

§5.

The person whose personal data are processed has the right to access his or her data including, in particular, the right to correct them (update) and the right to demand discontinuation of the processing. To do this, one should edit the relevant information in his/her profile when logged in to DOMCUT. If one can not edit or delete data, one should contact the personal data controller by sending an email to: contact@domcut.com ;

§ 6.

The personal data controller in order to contact user always uses the email address provided by user during registration of the account.

§ 7.

The processing of personal data by the personal data controller and by entities entrusted with the processing of personal data fulfills the safety requirements stated in the Polish law.

§8.

Personal data filing system containing information about people who have set up an account at DOMCUT, have used DOMCUT services or have given their consent to the receipt of advertising correspondence have been registered in a register maintained by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection under the names "DOMCUT Users" (U┼╝ytkownicy DOMCUT) and "DOMCUT Marketing" (DOMCUT marketing). Following documents have been prepared: Information Security Policy and Information System Management Manual. Processing of personal data may be entrusted to a third party on the basis of a written contract of entrustment.

§ 9.

The personal data controller shall use technical and organizational means to ensure proper protection of the processing of personal data, in particular, secure the data against unauthorized access, unauthorized retrieval, processing in violation of the law and alteration, loss, damage or destruction. The IT system in which the personal data of DOMCUT users are processed corresponds to the high level of personal data processing security referred to in the Ordinance of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational conditions which Correspond to devices and information systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 100, item 1024).

§10.

The personal data controller intending to sell or transfer the data set to the third party must comply with the requirements of the Polish law.

§11.

An individual who registered an account at DOMCUT agrees to the publication of personal information that he/she made visible on his public profile at DOMCUT.

§12.

The user using services through DOMCUT expressly authorizes the disclosure of his/her personal data including personal information to third parties, to the extent necessary for the proper execution of the service process.

§13.

Access to the DOMCUT user’s account is protected with a password.

§14.

The Personal data controller is not responsible for any content provided by users.

§15.

DOMCUT sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change this privacy policy. Binding privacy policy is always available on the DOMCUT.com/policyprivacy website, in a form that allows user to save it on hard disk and print it. Changing this privacy policy is possible in the manner of amending the rules governing the change of terms of use - with stated dates and the obligation to notify the persons concerned in advance.

Using DOMCUT involves the use of cookies.

§17.

Cookies ("cookies") are computer data, especially text files, that are stored on the end user's terminal and are intended for use on the DOMCUT web pages. Cookies usually include the name of the web site from which they came from, their retention time on the end device, and a unique number.

§18.

Cookies are used in particular for the following purposes:

A) create statistics that help understand how people who visit the website use the website,

B) maintain a user session so that the user does not have to log in again on each page,

C) additional services aimed at improving the quality of services provided at DOMCUT.

§19.

DOMCUT uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user's terminal until they log out, exit the web site, or shut down the software (web browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored in the user's terminal for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until the user deletes them.

Web browsing software (web browser) usually defaults to storing cookies on the end user device. Users can make changes to this setting. The web browser allows user to delete cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. For details, refer to the help or documentation of user’s web browser.

§21.

Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the DOMCUT website.

§22.

Cookies placed on the endpoint can also be used by advertisers and partners working with DOMCUT. DOMCUT is not responsible for cookies delivered or used by a third party.

§23.

Cookies may be used by advertising networks, particularly the Google Network, to display ads that are tailored to the way users use the web pages. For that purpose, they can keep track of the user's navigation path or stay (activity) on the page.

§24.

To obtain information about user preferences collected through the Google Display Network, user can view and edit information about cookies through the https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/ tool.

§25.

DOMCUT has the right to monitor the behavior of users on the DOMCUT web site using the hosted software provided that it is solely for the purpose of optimizing the performance of the service and maintaining its anonymity.
