How do I book an appointment?

Booking with DomCut is super easy. At domcut.com you select one of the services we have for you and the district you live. Then you select the date and time of your convenience so we can match you with one of our Professionals. Afterwards, you just need to provide your contact details and your full address before proceeding to online payment.

Who are DomCut Professionals?

DomCut Professionals are highly trained, independent professionals who are truly passionate about their job. They go through a rigorous process of selection so we make sure that we send the most talented professionals to your home. More information about recruitment process in Work with us

Can I choose my DomCut Professional?

No, but you can send us your specifications so that we select the most qualified Professional. If you would like to make a special request, you can email us at contact@domcut.com with your (a) name, (b) service, (c) full address, (d) phone number, and (e) time and date of the requested appointment.

Which areas are covered?

We cover all districts in Warsaw, for both Makeup appointments and for Massages.

How does the payment work?

We allow online payments and in cash at the door directly to the Service Provider. Online payments are 100% secure and done through our partner przelewy24.pl which is a certified paying authority under the supervision of the Financial Supervision Authority.

How do I get ready for the appointment?

You can relax. Our Professionals will take all materials needed with them. Just prepare some space where they can do what they do best. You can consult detailed information about each service on service's page.

Which products and tools do DomCut Professionals carry with them?

DomCut Professionals are required to carry with them all needed materials to perform the requested service with great quality and professionalism. For Makeup appointments, DomCut Professionals carry a wide range of high-quality tools and products from the most prestigious Makeup brands. For Massage appointments, DomCut Professionals carry with them a special massge bed and other complementary massage materials. More information about each service on service's page.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

We understand that your plans might eventually change. For that reason, you can reschedule, free of charge, the service you requested within 12 hours prior to the time of the appointment. You can easily do it through your DomCut account - in the appointments tab - or by contacting us through the livechat or by email at contact@domcut.com with the subject "RESCHEDULING" and with your (a) name, (b) service, (c) full address, (d) phone number, and (e) new time and date you want to schedule. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to the new chosen date and time but be aware that, as when you are booking, rescheduling is also subject to our Service Providers’ availabilities. What is the cancellation policy?

In case you want to cancel - which will leave us very unhappy - you should do it with more than 48 hours prior to the time of your appointment, so you will be fully refunded. You can easily do it through your DomCut account - in the appointments tab - or by contacting us through the livechat or by email at contact@domcut.com with email subject "CANCELLATION" and with your (a) name, (b) service, (c) full address, (d) phone number, and if possible, (e) reason you are cancelling. In case you cancel within 48 and 12 hours prior to the appointment you will be 50% refunded. No refunds are possible for cancellations within 12 hours prior to the appointment. How do I buy a GIFT Card?

DomCut GIFT Card is the perfect gift to surprise your loved ones and to make them feel special. At Gift Cards select the service you want to offer, and give us the recipient’s name and email together with a sweet note. We send the Gift electronically. In case you want to send the Gift to the recipient’s physical address, contact us at contact@domcut.com. Note: please make sure that the recipient’s district is within our coverage area. How do I redeem a GIFT Card?

Once you receive a GIFT Card in your email, you just need to click on the redeem button which will redirect you to our web page. Since the service is predefined, you just need to give us the rest of the details for the appointment to be performed - the date, time and place at your convenience. You need also to provide us your contact details and, that is it - relax and enjoy your special Gift.

How can I use a Promo Code?
